End-User License Agreement

Scope: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") applies to the Blue Sous Chef iOS application (the "App") only. Your use of the Blue Sous Chef website at https://bluesouschef.com is governed by the Website portion of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Christopher Rosier DBA The Unlabeled Company("Licensor") for the use of Blue Sous Chef.

By installing or using Blue Sous Chef, you agree to be bound by this EULA. This EULA supplements the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict, this EULA governs to the extent permitted.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, The Unlabeled Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Blue Sous Chef on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, design, and code, is and remains the exclusive property of The Unlabeled Company. This EULA grants no ownership rights. Any feedback you provide may be used without obligation to you.

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

The App may offer subscriptions and consumable virtual items ("Spice"). Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no monetary value, and are non-transferable. Purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests must go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Updates

The Unlabeled Company may release updates, which may be required for continued use. We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated and terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination you must cease use and delete all copies of the App.

7. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE UNLABELED COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. See the Cooking, Health & Safety and AI-Generated Content disclaimers in the Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE UNLABELED COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
